We want you to love your mulin building sets. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Email us at aa118165654@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond with the return address and next steps.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
